Purple Finch is a mobile studio offering opportunities for self-expression and growth using art, meditation + play. We do home visits, consult in classrooms and offer classes and workshops in the community.

At Purple Finch Studio, our approach is rooted in child development and guided by the belief that creativity opens doors to connection, regulation and growth. Using Reggio-inspired open-ended artmaking and playful exploration, we create a gentle space where children—and adults—can express themselves freely and joyfully with customized art sessions for individuals and groups.
The focus is always on the process, not the product. Whether it’s clay, wire, charcoal, paint or pastels — each material sparks curiosity, confidence and a sense of calm. There’s no pressure to get it “right” just an invitation to explore, wonder and be.
Art sessions can stand alone or complement therapeutic services, offering children a creative outlet that nurtures problem-solving, flexibility and resilience.
